Our Misson

The Kassar-Ferguson Philanthropic Trust was created to seek opportunities where well-timed financial support will have an outsized impact.  We do this by creating grants to, or programs within, well-managed organizations where our timely and focused support will make a significant difference.   The inspiration for our founding was in starting the The Raymond E Kassar Research Fund for Lewy Body Dementia

Although our primary area of interest is the early diagnosis and care for the more rare forms of dementia, we also support many other issues where our impact can be felt and continue to identify new ways in which we are able to make a difference.   We currently support organisations with operations or interests in the United States, United Kingdom, France, Syria, Turkey and Kenya, among others on the African continent, Syria, Gaza, the West Bank, Ukraine and those regions where our support is impactful and measurable.

KF contributions are for grants to other organisations providing there is a USA-based 501 (c) 3 as a funding conduit.  We do not fund operating overhead nor make grants to individuals.
